Subcontract Coordinator

Primary Function:
Help oversee and manage all aspects of the subcontract process related to the Production of a wide
variety of investment castings.

OTHER DUTIES BY THE INCUMBENT.)
The Subcontract Administrator shall, with the assistance of the Sales Manager, President, and CFO:

Responsible for the procurement of subcontract services that support the company's customer

quotation activity and complies with the Quality Procedure 00-802-04.

Help negotiate, generate, update and monitor all purchase orders in RESQ/CASTIT using an

approved supplier/contractor to perform any outside services required. QP 00-802-03.

Communicate effectively with necessary OFC personnel the expected delivery dates, any issues

affecting quality of delivery of the work in process, and the maintenance of batch integrity of the

product. QP 00-406-02.

Communicate with the finance department necessary pricing information through RESQ?CASTIT

allowing accurate and updated MRS pricing standards are maintained and accurate chart of account

numbers are utilized.

Maintain an open line of communication with the finance department concerning payment of

subcontractor invoices.

Observe O'Fallon Castings code of conduct, safety and quality principles.

Perform all required duties and responsibilities utilizing the highest ethical standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Nature and Frequency of Contacts:


Ongoing contact with Company employees, agents and customers.

Special Skills or Experience Required:


Must possess above average accuracy and analytical skills.


Must have above average written & oral communicative skills to talk with customers & employees.


Must have above average proficiency with computers, peripherals, and software.


Minimum of an Associates degree or higher, or the equivalent in experience preferred.


Previous sales department or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.


Must be a team player.
